Your wedding day is almost here! You are checking off your “to-do” list one item at a time, the excitement is getting bigger, and you’re wondering if you should have a bridal shoot? Every time one of my brides asks if I think they should have one, my answer an immediate… YES! And here’s why…

3 REASONS TO HAVE A BRIDAL SHOOT BEFORE YOUR WEDDING:

1. MAKEUP AND HAIR TRIAL RUN – This is super important, especially if it’s the first time you work with the artist(s). You and them can make any changes (if any) to your hair or makeup. It guarantees that you are on the same page!

2. DRESS TRY-ON – Trying on and even wearing your dress a few times before the actual day is always a good idea. Oh, and, because the more times you can wear your beautiful dress, the better, right?!

3. BEAUTIFUL PHOTOS OF YOU – Having extra photos of you in your dress is always a plus! Also, it’s one less thing to worry about on the wedding day.

Of course, there are many more reasons why to have a bridal shoot but I figured I would share the top 3 reasons most of my brides decide to have one. I might be biased because I love spending time with them and creating photos like these, but I’d love to know in the comments if you are for bridal shoots!
